Pricing

Credits are Physicar AI's in-platform balance: 1 credit = 1 USD. They pay for AI usage — the AI chat and any AI you call from your own apps — and for cloud simulator run time.

Credit basics

  • 1 credit = 1 USD. Taxes (such as VAT) are charged separately at checkout.
  • Credit packs — buy a preset pack ($10 to $10,000) and the credits shown are added to your balance; some packs include bonus credits (as shown at purchase). Pack prices are automatically displayed and charged in your local currency (payments via Paddle).
  • Welcome credit: 1 credit is granted when you verify your email (granted once — not re-granted if you re-sign up after deleting an account with the same email).
  • Unused credits have no expiry date while your account exists.

What uses credits

  • AI chat — billed by how much the model reads and writes (tokens). Bigger prompts and longer answers cost more, and some models cost more than others. Chat billing also includes the automatic background conversation summaries (run periodically as a chat grows) and voice read-aloud (TTS) when you use it.
  • Realtime voice — billed by session usage. A session runs up to 30 minutes and is capped at 100 credits per session. See Agent.
  • Cloud simulator — billed per second while your simulator runs; each simulator has a fixed hourly rate, and billing stops when it stops. See Start with a virtual robot.

Managing credits

  • Top up credits — via credit packs ($10 to $10,000); taxes added at checkout.
  • Gift credits to others with the official gift feature — $1 to $10,000 (purchased credits only) per gift, whole-dollar amounts, up to 100 gifts per day. The gift feature is the only way to transfer credits between accounts.
  • Review monthly usage, your credit history, and download receipts.

When your balance runs out

  • Any running cloud simulator is stopped automatically.
  • AI responses are limited — with a very low balance, a response may end early.

Refunds

Refunds are handled per purchase. If you have not used any credits since a purchase, you can request a full refund of that purchase within 7 days of the purchase date by emailing support@physicar.ai. Once you use credits after a purchase, that purchase is no longer eligible for withdrawal, as agreed at checkout. There is no self-service refund button. See the Refund Policy for the full policy.
