Consent for Third-Party Provision of Personal Information¶
This document is provided for users in the Republic of Korea in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
AI Castle Inc. ("Company") provides your personal information to the following third parties as described below. Please review the details carefully.
Note on processors: Cloudflare (hosting, storage, AI Gateway, Workers AI inference), Resend (email delivery), and AWS (simulator infrastructure) process data on the Company's behalf as entrusted processors — not as third-party recipients. Details of these entrustments are disclosed in our Privacy Policy.
1. AI Model Providers (Required for AI Features)¶
To generate AI responses, your conversation content is provided to the AI provider of the model you use:

2. Payment Processing (Only When You Purchase)¶

This provision occurs only when you initiate a credit purchase. The Company does not receive or store your card number.
3. Classroom Educators¶
If you join a Classroom, the following information is shared with the Classroom educator (teacher):

Educators cannot view the content of your chats.
Right to Refuse and Consequences¶
You have the right to refuse consent for the provision of your personal information to third parties. However, if you refuse:
- AI model providers: AI features (chat, TTS, realtime voice) will not be available. As these are the core of the Service, you will not be able to use the Service in any meaningful way.
- Paddle: You will not be able to purchase credits. (No data is provided unless you make a purchase.)
- Classroom educator: You will not be able to join a Classroom.
