Retention and Use Period¶
- Account information: Retained until the user deletes their account, or for up to 3 years after account deletion for legal compliance (stored in anonymized form).
- Chat messages: Retained for multi-turn conversation context; deleted upon account deletion.
- Usage logs: Up to 12 months.
- Session data: Up to 7 days.
Right to Refuse and Consequences¶
You have the right to refuse consent for the collection and use of your personal information. However, if you refuse consent for required items, you will not be able to create an account or use the Services.
